A year on since setting out on this adventure, I can’t quite believe the start we have made as a team at Warren Chase. We have trained over 80 winners thus far including winning the £150k Racing Welfare Handicap Hurdle with Hunters Call. I have an enthusiastic team behind me, who are striving for success just like myself.
I have amazing support from all my owners and my main objective is to spend as much time in the winner’s enclosure as possible and to have lots of fun along the way. I am under no illusions, Rome wasn’t built in a day and where we are at present is only the beginning. My ambition of putting Warren Chase firmly on the map of National Hunt racing is hopefully well on its way.
I have a lovely string of horses, many of which are novices, so there are plenty of reasons to be excited heading into the National Hunt season. I am very grateful to McCoy Contractors (Chris Haughey) who are sponsoring the yard again and also looking forward to continuing my role as an ambassador for Betfair.
Thank you to all my owners, staff and family for your continued support and here’s to a fantastic 2018/2019 campaign.
